More than twenty years ago I took over the cooking responsibilities for our family. In my book, Just Enough Light, I referenced the delicious meals that Olivia, Mike's mother, made for her family. My mother, Estella, was also an excellent cook, and many of the meals that I serve my family and friends today are inspired by both of them.
